Welk Resorts CEO Jon Fredricks was recently honored with the 2021 American Resort Development Association’s Circle of Excellence Lifetime Achievement Award. During the same ceremony, Welk Resorts was also recognized for its customer service and activities programs for excellence. Also recognized with an ARDA Award was the Welk CARES Program, which received an ACE Excellence in Customer Service award.
