This year’s Excellence in HR Awards winners reflect all of the resilience, resourcefulness and really big thinking this year has required, in business and life.
They moved quickly to roll out remote and flexible work plans — and found perks and productivity gains along the way. They’ve managed reorganizations and rebrands and meaningfully moved the needle on diversity and inclusion — over Zoom meetings and virtual town halls. They’ve found creative ways to keep employees engaged, connected and supported and managed growth in a tight labor market.
