The Orchard Town Center is clearing way for six new tenants.
Totaling more than 43,000 square feet, the six new additions will each open by the end of the year in the Westminster complex located at West 144th Avenue and Interstate 25.
Ent Credit union, Colorado’s largest credit union, is scheduled to open in late 2021 next to Colorado Home Fitness. The not-for-profit credit union is open to businesses and individuals up and down the Front Range, a news release announcing the six new tenants reads. Law’s Chophouse is expected to open in October. It’s the newest concept from Nate and Kristen Lawrence, the owners of Ya Ya’s Euro Bistro, Burnt End BBQ, Kompass Kulinary and Elevated Q.
