It appears that Angelina Jolie is trying to get out of the wine business she shares with ex Brad Pitt. The couple announced their split in 2019, but Angelina is now looking to sell Miraval Chateau Winery to an interested buyer.
Miraval Chateau Winery falls under Nouvel LLC and Angelina reportedly wants to see it to a third party, but she can’t close the deal due to nuances in her divorce proceedings. Specifically the use of Automatic Temporary Restraining Orders (ATROs) is getting in the way. The ATROs were put into affect during Angelina and Brad’s divorce proceedings and are halting her business deal.
Angelina and her legal team are asking to lift the restraining orders so she can close the deal in a timely manner while the third party is still interested.
