Features youth-focused activities, free school supplies and more than 30 youth vendors
This Friday, July 30, the Louisville Youth Network joins with multiple community partners to host a Back to School Bash and Youth Business Pop-Up Shop. The free, family event will feature live music and entertainment, vendors and artisans, school supply and backpack giveaways, a movie showing, and food and games.
The indoor event will take place from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Norton Healthcare Sports & Learning Center, 3029 W. Muhammad Ali Blvd.
One special highlight at 6 p.m. is the free moving showing of Disney’s Pixar’s “Soul”, an animated comedy-drama film for all ages. The story follows a middle school music teacher named Joe Gardner who seeks to reunite his soul and his body after they are accidentally separated, just before his big break as a jazz musician.
