Business lessons from a NASA contractor: Exchange of ideas and follow-through are most important

Karen Roby: By trade you’re an electrical engineer, Tom, and you’ve worked for many years in robotics and creating robots. And a lot of the work you’ve done has been in conjunction with NASA.
