Cooley Shrair joins Connecticut firm
The Springfield-based law firm of Cooley Shrair expanded its footprint this month by joining the Connecticut-based firm of Halloran Sage. The merger took effect on July 6.
With offices in Hartford, Danbury, Middletown, New Haven and New London, as well as in Washington, DC, Halloran Sage routinely provides counsel to clients in transactional, litigation and personal service matters.
Regarding the transition, Halloran Sage managing partner William McGrath said, “We are pleased that Cooley Shrair will be joining our team. They have an outstanding reputation across the Bay State as responsive transactional attorneys. Furthermore, adding a Springfield office will give us the resources we need to service our clients’ needs across southern New England.”
