BELLEVUE, Pa. — Business owners and neighbors are frustrated over a road in Pittsburgh that consistently floods when it rains.
On Sunday, rescue crews were called to the area on Union Avenue near the border of the city’s Bellevue neighborhood and Ross Township, after a car became stuck in high water.
At least one person had to be helped out of the vehicle and to safety.
Tonight at 5:30 p.m., a business owner says PennDOT is blaming an undersized pipe for the problem, but he believes the problem is much bigger than that.
