California reopening, retail centers prepare for visitors

TUSTIN, Calif. — When visitors visit the District at Tustin Legacy on Tuesday and beyond, they’ll find something different at the retail center.

The 50 or so social distancing markers on the floor and other six-foot distance reminder signs that were placed at different parts of the retail center will be gone.

What You Need To Know

  • The District at Tustin Legacy and other Vestar owned and managed properties in the state are removing social distancing signs at their retail centers
  • Individual retail tenants/businesses will enforce their own rules
  • California will reopen fully on June 15 and eliminate mask wearing restrictions and other precautions for vaccinated people
  • The District at Tustin will host a welcome back celebration on Wednesday
