What do you enjoy most about your role?
I get to be involved in almost every aspect of the business, and at the same time I’m in charge of our big picture goals. Building a company is a rewarding process, and I love seeing our growth and plans for the future. I like that I get to map out the trajectory of the company, look ahead to see our staff achieve their goals and physically seeing how we helped shape Rochester and the surrounding communities.
What has been the biggest challenge you’ve dealt with over the past year?
Like most of the world, COVID has affected all our lives the most in the past year. For our business, it has impacted safety, new project starts, material prices and material availability.
