Investor CI Growth 211 LLC purchased two North Texas business parks. The 68,043-square-foot Shady Trail Business Center is a four-building industrial project on at 11048-11056 Shady Trail in Dallas. The 73,600-square-foot Parkway Business Center is a five-building industrial project on 4.88 acres at 2125-2133 S. Great Southwest Parkway in Grand Prairie. Josh Meraz and Shane Benner of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services brokered the sales with Rich Young Jr. of Rich Young Cos.
Investor HSM Bonnie View LP sold approximately 10 acres in southern Dallas at the corner of Bonnie View and Langdon roads. The buyer, Smartway Logistics, a California-based logistics company, plans to develop the site for its use.
