A Minnesota investor has snapped up a business park near DFW International Airport.
The three-building DFW East Logistics Center is near State Highway 161 on the east side of the airport.
Houston-based Hines bought the 18-acre property in 2018 in a move to expand its North Texas industrial holdings. The buildings were constructed in 2016.
Now Meritex Investments, a Minneapolis-based real estate firm, has purchased the property, county deed records show.
Meritex is a family-owned company that’s more than a century old. The company owns industrial real estate in seven states, including properties in the Dallas and Houston areas.
Meritex made its first North Texas move last year when it acquired the three-building Jetstar 114 Business Center in Irving.
