Nordstrom
is working with AlixPartners to review options for Nordstrom Rack, its off-price business, according to a Bloomberg report.
The advisers are looking at a potential spin off of Nordstrom Rack into a separate company and whether that would involve two management teams and individual public reporting, people familiar with the matter told Bloomberg. Both Nordstrom and AlixPartners declined to comment.
