Tuesday’s reopening of California was a joyous day for many San Diegans — and a nervous one for many as well. The fact that some people still don’t feel safe was evident that night on 30th Street in North Park. Many of the neighborhood’s restaurants and bars were busy with unmasked customers at indoor and outdoor tables. But at the Vons supermarket, nearly all shoppers wore masks, and social distancing was still evident in some checkout lines.
