Planners looking to develop manufacturing hubs around wind power projects in Bridgeport and New London

The Southeastern Connecticut Council of Governments also will help develop an Offshore Wind Industry Cluster by determining sites for what’s called the Thames River Offshore Epicenter, a group of industrial sites along the shoreline and the Thames River in Groton, Ledyard, Montville, New London, Norwich, Preston and Waterford.
