Compagnie de Saint-Gobain SA has sealed binding agreements to sell its Graham Plumbers’ Merchant business in the U.K. to UK Plumbing Supplies, and Wolseley.
The French construction-materials company said Monday that UK Plumbing Supplies would acquire most of the Graham outlets, the Graham brand name and website name, with Wolseley buying a smaller number of branches.
The Graham Plumbers’ Merchant business is a distributor for plumbing, heating and sanitary products, and generated a turnover of about 260 million euros ($308.8 million) in 2020.
The business has about 130 outlets and 840 employees.
Saint-Gobain said it expects to complete the transactions over the coming weeks.
