Sanne Group PLC said Friday that new business wins increased in 2021 due to a recovery in its end markets despite the Covid-19 pandemic.
The provider of alternative asset and corporate services said it expects new business wins for 2021 to be in excess of 32 million pounds ($42.6 million), an increase of more than 40% compared with a year earlier.
Regarding its acquisition by Apex Group Ltd., the company said that antitrust clearances have been granted in Malta, Guernsey and the U.S.
