DALLAS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP is pleased to announce that Phillip L. Kim has joined the firm’s Corporate practice group and Healthcare industry team as a partner in the Dallas office. He joins from Haynes Boone.
