Ruth Ann Saide, 65, owns Sid’s Party Store with her brother, Doug. Sid’s is located at the corner of Ashman and Hines streets in Midland.
They have five employees. They sell fresh-cut meat and hand-made foods, including salads, sandwiches, subs, and barbecue, packaged for grab-n-go. They also sell beer, wine, and liquor. Saide is a native of Midland and a Midland High School graduate. She earned a bachelor’s in marketing from Ferris State.
