HARRISBURG — Almost 90 vendors will take part in Small Business Saturday HBG, an opportunity for the public to small business owners, from noon to 5 p.m. Saturday at Italian Lake in Harrisburg.
Shoppers will be able to find everything from jewelry, clothing, skin care and beauty products to a wide array of food vendors and urban music. The vendors also will offer unique and personalized creations. Small Business Saturday HBG also embraces adolescent entrepreneurs and minority business owners. Some of the businesses that will be featured includes Lovely Lady Vikki/ Paparazzi, Body by Ty, and SkyRose Essentials.
Event creator and host Ashley Smith, started her first event with 20 vendors in attendance around August of 2020. Smith said it was her 14-year-old daughter who sparked the idea of shining a light on small businesses in Harrisburg.
