‘Stink, stank, stunk,’ state Attorney General says of Michigan toy company accused of deceptive business

The Michigan Attorney General recently issued a notice of intended action against Planetary Toys LLC for what it described as deceptive business practices

GRAND RAPIDS, MI — The state is accusing a West Michigan toy company of “Grinch-like” business practices for alleged poor business practices, including collecting payment but not sending ordered items.

State Attorney General Dana Nessel on Dec. 16 issued a “notice of intended action” against Planetary Toys LLC. The company does business as Treasure Trove Toys.
