Private companies and public agencies who are mandating COVID-19 vaccinations are acting as “a type of shadow state,” Fox News legal contributor Jonathan Turley warned Wednesday, calling them “a vehicle by which the government can do indirectly what it’s not doing directly.”
Turley made the comment on “Your World” after the Department of Justice released an opinion allowing public agencies and private businesses to require COVID-19 vaccines for all employees.
