OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – Capable of everything from real estate to construction, these two Omaha women business owners are passionate about growing the north Omaha community.
Ashely Kuhn and Maranda Adams run Blair Freeman, a one-stop shop for companies looking to develop. They already have $65 million of projects going on there.
“It’s important to invest into the community that we are a part of and it’s been amazing to see all of the development people have been doing great things in North Omaha for a long time and just to come in and be able to help,” said Adams, vice president of Blair Freeman.
They are all about keeping the history of north Omaha alive. Their goal is to renovate old buildings, not tear them down.
