UPDATE 3:00 p.m.: The crash on Route 29 Business in Amherst County has been cleared.
UPDATE 11:30 a.m.: The crash on I-81 north at mile marker 149 has been cleared, according to VDOT.

Crews are still saying that northbound Route 29 Business in Amherst County is closed in the area of Dillard Road.
Drivers are still said to be using a turn lane to get past the crash.
UPDATE 11:20 a.m.: Backups behind a crash on I-81 north in Botetourt County continue to cause problems for drivers.
VDOT says that backups are now approximately five miles behind a crash at mile marker 149.
The northbound left shoulder is still closed in this area.
Separately, northbound Route 29 Business is still shut down in the area of Dillard Road.
